Abstract

Diagnosis

Diagnosis of anasarca is made clinically and differentiated from edema by the extent of the involvement of the body parts. Edema can affect one or two parts of the body, but anasarca affects the whole body. This is most often seen in low levels of albumin.

Treatment of anasarca
