Abstract

Mental health is important to live a healthy life. A person with mental well being can make his/her life easier and cheerful with good decisions and a positive thought process. But these days due to urbanisation and unnatural lifestyle mental stress and associated problems are the cause of concern. The abnormal and continuous fear of work or getting employment is called Ergophobia. It can be a reflection of social phobia or anxiety due to poor performance.
