ABSTRACT
Our sedentary lifestyle and spicy food habits are the main cause for most of the digestion related disorders. Long term usage of spices can have chronic effects on our stomach lining and physiology. Gastritis is an acute condition in which a patient feels a burning sensation near the stomach and xiphoid. This symptom is also called heartburn in common language. And if gastritis persists for long duration can be precursor to stomach, peptic and duodenal ulcers. Ulceration is the result of long term irritation to the inner abdominal lining and few microorganisms are also the causative factor of it. H.Pylori is one of the main causative factors of ulcers.
INTRODUCTION
Peptic ulcer is the term used for sores present in the digestive tract from oesophagus to duodenum. Their names are according to the site of ulceration. For example, the sore in the stomach is gastric ulcer and the sore in the 1st part of the small intestine is duodenal ulcer. Peptic ulcer is the general term used for the sores of the above explained areas. On the other hand gastritis means inflammation and redness of stomach lining.

- Abdominal pain

2. HEARTBURN CAPSULES
