All the problems related to bladder or urine incontinence are considered due to vata. The vata is the adhisthan (located) of vasti (bladder) and vaat is the only one which should be treated to treat overactive bladder . For the treatment of overactive bladder in ayurveda, we should treat the vata which is known as tridoshas. Vata is the adhisthan of vasti and for treatment of mutraveh vyadhi the main line of treatment is subsiding the vaata. As there are adverse effects of allopathy and by ayurveda we can maintain the balance of doshas i.e vata mainly to control the disease.
